Seat and Back Units
The seat and back units of the chairs are ergonomically designed in accordance with human anatomy and manufactured from polyurethane material molded in aluminum molds. They have a density of 50 ±10% and comply with MVSS 302 fire safety standards. The seat and back cushions contain a durable internal metal frame made of steel profiles. The seating units are produced as fixed seats.

The leg connection parts of the chairs are manufactured from pipes with a diameter of 100 mm and a wall thickness of 2.5 mm. Floor connection parts are made of steel sheets with a minimum thickness of 2 mm, formed by molding to ensure high strength and durability.
Armrests are constructed with a metal frame covered with MDF, upholstered with laminated fabric. Armrest pads are fabric upholstered. In row configurations, the intermediate armrests are shared. Chairs are fixed to the floor with single-leg supports using appropriate fastening elements.
Fabric
The upholstery fabric is made of 100% polyester, offering high abrasion resistance, flame-retardant, and colorfast properties.
Abrasion Resistance: 60,000 cycles
Weight: 285 g/m²
The seat and back cushions are fully upholstered with fabric that meets the above specifications.

By confirming an order, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted these terms.
1. 🚚 Delivery Term
Unless otherwise stated in writing, the delivery term is EXW (Ex-Works).
Accordingly, all prices are based on factory delivery and do not include any costs related to transportation, insurance, loading, documentation, or customs procedures.
2. 📦 Transport Responsibility
2.1. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all transportation arrangements — including container loading, inland transport, export customs clearance, and international shipment — are the responsibility of the Buyer.
2.2. Upon the Buyer’s request, the Seller may assist in transport arrangements through trusted logistics partners. In such cases, the transport cost is provided as a separate quotation.
3. 💰 Transport Cost Calculation
Transport and logistics fees are calculated separately based on:
Destination country / arrival port
Container type (20DC, 40HC, LCL, etc.)
Total cargo volume (CBM) and weight
Requested delivery term (EXW / FOB / CIF / DAP, etc.)
Seasonal and market-based freight fluctuations
These costs are not included in the product price.
4. 🛃 Customs and Local Charges
4.1. All customs duties, VAT, import taxes, port charges, storage fees, and any other local costs at the destination country are fully under the responsibility of the Buyer.
4.2. Unless otherwise stated in the sales contract, the Seller is not responsible for any of these charges.
5. ⚠️ Risk & Responsibility
5.1. Once the goods are handed over to the carrier, all risks — including loss, damage, or delay — transfer to the Buyer in accordance with Incoterms rules.
5.2. The Seller cannot be held liable for delays, damages, or additional costs caused by carriers, port authorities, customs offices, or any third-party service providers.
6. ⏱️ Delivery Times
6.1. Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on production schedule, stock availability, supply chain conditions, container availability, and international logistics.

The Seller shall not be held responsible for any delays or costs arising from situations beyond its control, including:
